Project Delivery Class Recap – May 2016

A vigorous class discussion between contractors, developers, attorneys and others at a recent NAIOP Education event highlights one of the best parts of NAIOP Southern Nevada! No other place or association can provide the type of exposure and access to industry leaders and their insights that members in attendance received during the Members-Only event “No Joke Construction Law: Three Lawyers Walk Into A Bar…Part 1: Project Delivery”.

The Education Committee of NAIOP Southern Nevada was proud to present the first event of a four part series entitled “No Joke Construction Law: Three Lawyers Walk Into A Bar…Find Out What Really Happens”. The event, a workshop on Commercial Property Project Delivery, was one of the best-attended Education Committee events in recent memory. The panel included David Almany, Almany Architecture; Shawn Danoski, DC Building Group and Robert McPeak, McDonald Carano Wilson LLP who led a great discussion, with some of the valley’s most well-known developers in the audience participating energetically in class discussion. We’re excited for the next event Lease Default: Landlord v.
