Proposed Clark County Ordinance

Dear Stakeholders and Community Partners,

Pursuant to NRS 237.080, please take notice the following proposed change to the Clark County Code is being proposed by the Clark County Board of County Commissioners as follows:

  • An ordinance change to amend the Building Administrative Code, Title 22, Chapter 22.02

Attached is the public notice, the proposed ordinance, and the questionnaire.  Each of these documents are also available for review at the Clark County website  and the Clark County Building Department Customer Lobby at 4701 W. Russell Road, Las Vegas, NV 89118.

The formal comment period ends Monday, December 13, 2021.
