The Spotlight Awards Committee is excited to share this list of honorees from the 2021 Virtual Spotlight Awards. This magnificent body of commercial real estate development produced by our industry and community demonstrates how well our members worked together in creating their entries, symbolizing that “NAIOP Works!”

At a time when everything seemed to be changing rapidly, the NAIOP Southern Nevada Spotlight Awards still went on, just virtually! Showing we can still honor excellence in our industry during a pandemic. Many of our member companies chose to participate by logging in from their place of business, or at home, by watching with small groups of friends and coworkers.

The awards website seeks to acknowledge and appreciate the member companies including developers, architects, engineers, general contractors, brokerages and subcontractors who spent the time and resources to support our event.
