The Spotlight Awards Committee is pleased to debut our newest member benefit which provides more access to the magnificent body of development produced by our industry and community.
Here, you’ll find all participating project team members highlighted, demonstrating how well our members work together in creating the entries. Recently, there has been an upswing in the number of entries submitted by participants in addition to the developer/owner themselves (as was the norm in previous years). One example is Helix Electric who submitted the Downtown Container Park as a Mixed-Use Development. The website seeks to acknowledge and appreciate such member companies including architects, general contractors, and subcontractors who spent the time and money to support the event.
