The Spotlight Awards Committee is responsible for the organization and production of NAIOP Southern Nevada’s marquee event, The Annual Spotlight Awards program.  This event honors and recognizes the membership’s firms and individuals for achievements, built projects or deals done during the prior year. Industry Awards are also presented for Principal & Associate Members and Brokers.  Spotlight has been dubbed the signature for commercial real estate industry in Nevada.
