We previously have held a half day “state of the market” and forecast event in January, 2015-2021. The programs tackled the challenges emerging in the Las Vegas commercial real estate markets. Nationally or regionally prominent keynote speaker followed by an economic speaker.  A panel of local real estate brokers and experts then discussed where Southern Nevada’s real estate markets are headed in the current year and beyond. The focus of those programs was to encompass the strategies needed to attract new business and industries to Southern Nevada in order to strengthen the economy and business-base.
