NAIOP Southern Nevada’s annual Spotlight Awards honor the top commercial real estate projects and professionals shaping our local market. This signature event showcases the exceptional work of NAIOP members and raises awareness of their contributions to the industry in our community.
The awards highlight the collaborative spirit of our community, with developers, architects, engineers, contractors, brokerages, and subcontractors all recognized for their dedication and support, symbolizing that “NAIOP works!”
Project Awards are judged anonymously by out-of-market industry experts, focusing on development quality, design, environmental impact, and problem-solving. Current NAIOP Southern Nevada members determine the Industry Awards and reflect each nominee’s NAIOP involvement and activities over the prior year, while the tallies are kept secret.
The Spotlight Awards committee begins planning each March and meets monthly. Members interested in joining can email info@naiopnv.org.
