DLI Application Process Open for the 2025 Class

The application process is open from the Developing Leadership Institute (DLI) Graduating Class of 2025.  NAIOP Southern Nevada’s Developing Leaders Institute is for NAIOP members under the age of 35 and will focus on leadership and real estate training taught by the leading professionals from the Southern Nevada real estate and development industry.

The year long program begins in September of 2024 with a 3-day Leadership Retreat taught by a nationally recognized expert in personal development training. Participants will learn techniques to become more organized, more productive, and more effective leaders. Starting in October 2024, monthly education sessions will be taught by the leaders of the Southern Nevada real estate and development community and will give the DLI participants the opportunity to learn the key skills needed to become leaders in our industries. The program ends with a Class Project that will challenge participants and the class “team” to plan a project from site selection to the disposition of the completed project – a unique and invaluable opportunity for “hands on” application. The DLI program will also provide the students the opportunity to develop relationships with the best and brightest in our industry as each educational session will be followed by a networking event with members of the NAIOP Southern Nevada Executive Board, DLI Program Sponsors and Instructors.
