Those of us on the Community Service Committee would like to extend our gratitude to the entire NAIOP community this past year. Looking back on what we accomplished for the Las Vegas community is truly impressive. Now that 2017 is here, we don’t plan to slow down. In fact, with the immense success of the events, we are more ambitious to roll up our sleeves and do as much as we can for this community. We encourage those who are interested to join us at our monthly meetings to bring your insights and other organizations in need to the table to see how we can help! Our first event will be on February 4th to assist the Ronald McDonald House in re-stocking their food pantry. Details will follow shortly and families are encouraged!

As per tradition, our Annual Members Only December Holiday Lunch always includes a Toys for Tots drive. Last month, our members outdid themselves by giving thousands of dollars in cash and toys for disadvantaged kids in our community. Staff Sergeants Marcus Williams and Jessica Franco of the United States Marine Corps Reserves were on hand collecting gifts and quickly realized they needed to call in “back up” to haul it all away! Thanks to all for your incredible generosity!
